The nurse was very friendly and gave good advice

Reception could show up on time for work. Was standing waiting for her to show up for work and open the clinic. It was advised to show up 10 mins BEOFRE appointment but staff only show up 15 mins before.

Confrontational and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Showed no kindness, empathy or compassion despite seeing how upset and distressed I was. ‘If you don’t have all these bloods, you don’t get your tablets’, ‘hold your arm still or I can’t take the bloods’, refused to speak to my doctor at my request. I was promised a specific treatment regime and this hasn’t been followed. Huffing, puffing and tutting
